Clean and spacious room with enough king beds for 10 adults, great water pressure in the showers! 🚿

It was reasonably spacious, good enough for an overnight stay. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control, an iron, and an electronic key card were a nice touch. The location of this hotel close enough to a specific restaurant after being on the plane all day for a quick bite after check in that was a half mile away, and common areas was awesome.

Had a really good stay on night of my stay, glad I've chosen it. The rooms were top-notch and newly renovated, especially those with a pull out sofa bed, the showers, as for instance.

The service here is friendly, and they offer a shuttle service from the airport.

I had to sign a form accepting variable room rates. I had to pay $10 a day for outdoor parking. This was not announced by you.

We were here for overnight stay and it met needs. Everything was great, marvellous location right by Orlando because of thunderstorms, the Holiday Inn Orlando International Airport and the premium outlets, great experience. The staff was courteous, fast, and responded promptly to requests.

The restaurant was pleasant for dinner, and we both ordered tasty dishes. We liked having coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator in the room. - the hotel's location was great and amazing. - the shuttle service to the airport was a big plus. - There is a shopping area and a market within walking distance.

Location not far from Close to airport as well as other activities. Lovely staff and satisfactory breakfast with a wide array of options.

The courtesy bus driver, very pleasant and helpful,the guy at check-in,clean comfortable bed, the helpful staff at breakfast.Finally great value for money.

The staff at this hotel are excellent and extremely friendly. the location is stunning, close to area attractions and the airport. - the hotel units are reasonably large with a good view. - the beds are VERY comfy. - the bathrooms are nice.

The staff was great from the doorman to counter staff. We arrived early and they found a room that was ready for us. The doorman talked with our daughter and she loved it. Even when we came down later and ate he noticed her and came over for a short conversation. The shuttle was on time and left every half hour.

The hotel was welcoming and had fully renovated rooms. the restaurant offered a large selection of delicious dishes for dinner. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom fairly clean, and I was pleased with the good service provided. the property is conveniently located, about a 10-15 minutes' walk from Lee Vista Promenade.

User friendly and excellent servive

The family room had a nice design. The breakfast offered fresh products and was good. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel is in a pleasant location, close to theme parks and Orlando. The service was excellent throughout the stay.
